Architectoure & Design

	Exhibition venue, hothouse for ideas and development and meeting place for concept makers, designers and industrialists from all over the world. Danish Design Center shows 3-5 changing exhibitions displaying the best and latest Danish design together with international design from all over the World. The Center also boasts conference rooms and services as well as a café and a shop.
DAC	Exhibitions on Danish and International architecture with models, sketches or photographs. The Center has a documentation department with a database of recent Danish architecture. Study tours and debate meetings are arranged. Lectures on subjects connected to these exhibitions. Bookstore with books on architectural subjects in Danish and English. and a restaurant overlooking the harbour.
	The museum is accomodated in a former hospital, built 1752-27. Founded in 1890, the museum includes collections of: - European decorative art from the Middle Ages to the present, - fine and applied art from China and Japan, - industrial design. - the exhibition the Middle Ages to 1800 and - East Asian art.
